Recently, I had a special honor. One of my coaching clients hired me to come in to the company and work three days a week as the VP of sales and marketing. So from July 2008 until November, 2009, I worked with the state wide sales team and the executive team to increase sales, decrease debt and overhead, and improve systems. During this time our sales for 2009 were 53.3% higher than in 2008. We liquidated all short term debt, paid off loans to share holders, updated the infrastructure and paid cash for all new purchases, and developed a solid growth plan for the future. What a ride! It took a team of dedicated individuals working together. I was honored to be on the team. And I am ready to do that again.
